How to create a vendor account
Every business that offers products or services for sale has the opportunity to create its own seller account on the e-commerce platform of Easy Albania. Just follow the steps illustrated below to get started selling online!
1. Simple customer registration
As a start you should register in Easy Albania as a simple customer. This is because only after you have created a regular user account, you have the option to apply to create an account as a seller. To register click on the top right of the Easy Albania page where it is "My Account" button. Then, in the new menu that appears, click "Register" in the same way as shown in the figure below.
2. Filling in the registration data on the platform
In the second step, after clicking "Register" a new page appears, where you have to fill in your details to register. As in the figure below, fill in your details according to the relevant fields (required fields are marked with "*") and finally check whether or not you want to receive emails from the Easy Albania newsletter and finally click the "Register" button.
3. Your registration has been completed successfully
Once you have completed all the required information and clicked on the "Register" button, the message "Your registration has been successfully completed. An email containing instructions for activating the membership has just been sent to you." will be displayed. At this point, you should have received in the inbox an email from Easy Albania with a link to activate your account.
After clicking the link for activating the account you will be redirected to the page of Easy Albania where the message "Your account is activated" will be displayed as in the figure below.
4. Log in to your new account
You now have the opportunity to login to your new account. To access your account click on "My Account" and in the new menu that will appear click "Login". In the pop-up window that will appear as in the figure below enter the email address with which you created the account in step 3 as well as your password and finally click the "Login" button.
5. Your Account - Customer Information
Once logged in you can access your account by clicking on "My Account" and in the new menu that will appear click on your name (with which you were initially registered). A new page titled "My Account - Customer Information" will then appear. On this page you can view and change if you want your data as well as view your orders, change password, reviews you have written for different products, reward points etc.
6. Creating a vendor account
Being logged in to your account, go to the bottom of the Easy Albania web platform and find the column titled "My Account", then click on "Create your vendor account".
Once clicked the labeled page "Create your seller account" will appear. Fill in the required information and give the description of your store. If you have a store logo upload it to the "Photo" section. Make sure the logo is in transparent format with the “png extension” as in the figure below.
Once you have filled in all the details you will be redirected to a page where the message "Your request has been sent successfully. We will contact you shortly" will be displayed. At this moment your request has been sent and an account manager from Easy Albania will contact you to confirm the details and to come to your aid for any questions or requests you have.
